Riddle has a strong commitment and dedication for implementing the rules of the Queen of the Hearts and demands all residents of the Heartslabyul dormitory to obey all available rules.

He has no problem "decapitating the heads of rule-breakers" (decapitating meaning using his unique magic in that person with a collar). He is quite irritable and becomes very angry if someone admits that they are against the rules that he has set in place.
